Double Trouble

The "R" actually stands for Roy.

I felt bad that I hadn't posted anything in a while and I remebered I had this and figured I'd just put it up

I drew this a while ago, with the intention of it being a part of a larger picture, where there was an Ash, Misty, Brock, and Offier Jenny involved... but I got lazy Plus, my laptop's not in too good shape right now, so it's difficult to do digital work. And for these types of pitcures, I like just drawing from scratch on my tablet.

Anyways! Random idea. Cause Roy and Riza are partners and they're awesome and Team Rocket's awesome (first season Pokemon Team Rocket, anyway) and this sorta happened...

They're supposed to be in a balloon, and Ed is Ash, all mad that they took his brother, Pikachu... thing
