Doodled this... figured why not color?

Maya and her love interest, Adam Wright. He's Ishvalan because me and *Toasty-Coconut thought it would be appropriate for many reasons, she grew up in Ishval, will move back there after she graduates college, and feels very at home there. We also thought it'd be a cool concept after everything Roy and Riza have done in Ishval to show how much Ishval has healed since the rebuilding and how much healing Roy and Riza have done, etc.

I'll save talking about Adam for another day (his personality is still in development haha), some basics is he helps out in his mother's bakery with his twin sister, Ariella. He knows alchemy but keeps it secret for conflict with his mother, who's very religious in the Ishvalan religion, his father is a solider who works at the Ishvalan HQ who came to Ishval to help with rebuilding and that's how he met his mom.

I know I made that ask tumblr question saying she had a crush on a boy named Nick Lawson, we changed some things since then, in actuality Maya never ended up with Nick, just crushed on him, and Adam was always in the picture. But now we changed it so she only liked Nick when she was in middle school so she doesn't like him anymore when her story starts, but won't start realizing she's in love with Adam until later in her story. Adam's always appeared to be aware of his crush for Maya :3

... And Maya would be an awkward turtle duck, yes.
